Nexpher Accounts is operated by Nexpher Limited ("Nexpher", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any Nexpher service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your Nexpher Account may be used to access services provided by Nexpher Limited and its subsidiaries, including Nexpher Images Limited, as well as authorised third-party services that integrate with the Nexpher identity platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering for a Nexpher Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not share your account, create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation, or use automated means to create accounts.

You agree not to use Nexpher services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorised advertising.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to our platform or users.

Your Nexpher Account is the single identity used across all Nexpher group services. To deliver those services, information associated with your account — including your name, email address, profile data, and usage information — may be shared with:

• Nexpher Images Limited – a subsidiary of Nexpher Limited providing image hosting, management, and delivery services.
• Other present or future subsidiaries and affiliates of Nexpher Limited, to the extent necessary to provide the services you use.
• Authorised third-party service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. All data sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

When you authorise a third-party application to access your Nexpher Account via OAuth, you grant that application access only to the specific data scopes you approve. You may review and revoke application access at any time from your account settings.

Nexpher is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party applications. You should review their privacy policies before granting access.

All software, design, trademarks, and content provided through Nexpher services are the property of Nexpher Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without express written permission.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexpher Limited and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within your account. Continued use of the services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexpher Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
